Efects of this medicine This medicine inhibits the platelet aggregation induced by thromboxane A2 and inhibits the phosphodiesterase 3 (PDE3) activity of platelets and vascular smooth muscle, thus exerting an antiplatelet and vasodilative action and consequently improving blood flow.
